Cultural Affairs Officer Kicks-Off English Access Program in the Adamaoua Region

Cultural Affairs Officer Leila Kamgar visited the Ngaoundéré Linguistic Center on February 5 and participated in a ceremony marking the graduation of one group of English Access Program students and the kickoff of the next two-year English Access Program. During the program she addressed recent graduates and new students aged 13-20 by saying, “You have demonstrated your commitment to improving your English language skills. I am very impressed with your presentation today demonstrating your ability to debate, act and sing in English! Congratulations on your accomplishments. I hope you the skills you’ve acquired through the English Access Program will broaden your future educational and career opportunities.”
