U.S. Embassy Sends Off Five Cameroonian Techwomen to the U.S.

Five young Cameroonian women were selected to participate to the 2017 Techwomen program in the United States. Beatrice Nguimkeng, Danielle Akini, Meyo Zongo, Mpara Faith and Patu Ndango Fen will be heading to the U.S. in September for 5 weeks at the Silicon Valley, California.

The mission of TechWomen is to empower, connect and support the next generation of women leaders in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) by providing them access and opportunity to advance their careers, pursue their dreams, and become role models for women and girls in their communities.
